Would you like to take your self-exploration a little deeper?

moonlightmuse-4This special six-month coaching circle is designed for mothers who would like to explore deeper issues related to motherhood and self-care through the art of personal writing. Each month, moms will be gently guided on a journey that will focus on a variety of different areas.

Topics will include: overwhelm, life balance, mother’s guilt and resentment, the importance of self-care, building a strong support system, and creating an authentic life.

There is always strength in a support system and the Journaling Moms coaching circle is set up to offer you an extended circle of support while you explore your innermost thoughts and challenges through the art of journal writing.

As a member of the Journaling Moms coaching circle, each mom will be treated to:

• A monthly group teleclass centered around a particular topic related to motherhood and self-care. This call will be recorded for those who can’t attend the class live.

• A monthly sharing circle where members can discuss their work around the journaling prompts and get additional coaching support. This call will be recorded for those who can’t attend the class live.

• A private forum created just for members of the Coaching Circle to continue the Circle dialogue between calls.

• An individual 45-minute coaching session each month with Coach Tina (six sessions in total) to discuss your personal needs.

• A monthly e-lesson designed around the topic of the month and filled with a variety of journaling prompts that support your personal growth in that area.

• A one-year membership to the Journaling Moms Cafe where you can expand your journal writing experience and create long-lasting friendships.

• A gorgeous hand-picked journal filled with quotes that will support you as you embark on your personal writing journey.
