The summer can bring a lot of great things - warm weather, time at the beach, catching fireflies, stargazing.

But it can also bring frustration if a Mom is left without some form of childcare - to focus on the work that she needs to do or to spend some quality time on herself.

Self-Care

With the new moon in Cancer, we have the perfect opportunity to make our self-care a priority. Whether it’s something big or small, taking bits of time to treat yourself with acts of self-care can go a long way for your well-being.

What is one thing that you can do this week to take care of yourself? And can you make a commitment to do this?

Begin by writing a “thank you” note to your magnificient self, followed by a description of your gift of self-care and the good it will bring you.
